What's included
- Net and skim the surface debris, then brush the walls, steps, and tile line to stop algae film before it starts
- Vacuum the pool floor and empty the skimmer basket, pump basket, and any automatic-cleaner bag
- Test the water on-site and dose what's needed — chlorine, pH, and alkalinity, with CYA, calcium hardness, and salt tracked and reported, not hidden
- Backwash or rinse the filter as needed and give the equipment a visual check — pump, filter, heater, salt cell, automation — flagging issues early
- A written service report each visit with the chemistry readings, what was dosed, and the water's condition
- Same day each week keeps the chemistry from drifting between visits
- Not included: equipment repairs, filter tear-downs, or draining/acid-washing (separate, quoted work)
- A green or storm-hit pool may need a one-time recovery beyond routine service — mention it so the pro plans for it
What to expect
Typical time on site: about 30–60 min
- The pro skims, brushes, and vacuums the pool (a weekly visit usually takes 20–45 minutes)
- They empty the baskets and check the water flow and equipment
- They test the full chemistry and dose what's needed to balance it
- They leave a written report with the readings, what was dosed, and the water's condition
- If they spot an equipment problem, that's a separate repair they photograph and quote for your approval in the app first
