Safety at every step

Before a pro can take jobsEvery pro must hold a current Texas (TSBPE) license and pass a background check to join — and you can verify the license number yourself on their profile.
When your pro is on the wayYou get a 4-digit arrival PIN. Your pro can only mark themselves as arrived after you read it to them at the door.
After the job is doneIf something's wrong, the Plumbr Promise sends your original pro back at no charge within the coverage window — file it with one tap on your job.

Your payment is processed and held by Stripe — Plumbr never sees your card.
Your plumber is paid only after the job's done — confirm it, or tap “Not done” to hold payment; no response for a couple of days auto-confirms it.
For big jobs, you pay a small deposit now and the balance only when it's finished.
Licensed & insured pros — with an RMP license number you can verify with the Texas state board yourself.
Covered by the Plumbr Promise — if the fix fails, we send someone back free.
Never pay your plumber in cash — everything goes through the app so you're protected.
