A pool pro inspects the guts of your system — pump, filter, heater, salt cell, and plumbing — and tells you what's healthy and what needs attention, with the readings to back it. It's an inspection, so any repair is photographed, quoted, and approved separately.

What to expect
Typical time on site: about 30–60 min
- The pro runs the system and inspects each component (an equipment check usually takes 30–60 minutes)
- They check for leaks, weak flow, and pressure issues
- They test that the pump primes and the heater fires
- You get a plain-language summary of the equipment's condition and any recommendations
- If something needs fixing, the pro photographs it, quotes it separately, and you approve it in the app first

- If the pump is loud, the water won't clear, or the heater won't fire, this is the visit to book first
