Quarterly pest service
Recurring seasonal barrier treatment, interior + exterior, per visit
Sample pricing — illustrative only, not an offer.
The recurring, per-visit pest service that keeps bugs out season after season — a lighter exterior barrier refreshed on a roughly quarterly cadence, with interior touch-ups whenever they're needed. It's the maintenance version of the general treatment, and the service the Home Care plan bundles.
What's included
- A visit about every 90 days, timed so the exterior barrier is renewed before Houston heat and rain break it down
- Each visit: the perimeter barrier re-applied, eaves and doorways de-webbed, granular bait refreshed, and bait and monitor stations checked and refilled
- New entry points and conditions flagged before they turn into a problem
- Interior treatment any time you ask, or whenever the pro finds activity — included, not an upsell
- Covers the common Houston list: roaches (including tree roaches), ants (including fire ants), spiders, silverfish, earwigs, wasps, and millipedes
- Free re-service between visits if covered pests show up — no service fee and no debate about whether the pest qualifies (plan terms still being finalized)
- You don't need to be home for exterior-only visits — your gate code and pet notes carry to every visit
- Priced per visit on a roughly every-3-months cadence; not included: termites, bed bugs, wildlife/rodents, or specialty pests
What to expect
Typical time on site: about 30–60 min
- The pro checks for new activity since the last visit (a quarterly visit usually takes 20–45 minutes)
- They refresh the exterior barrier and de-web the eaves and doorways
- They check and refill the bait and monitor stations and flag any new entry points
- They touch up any interior areas that need it and leave a written report
- If a specialty pest shows up, that's a separate service they quote and you approve in the app first
Good to know
- Quarterly is the Houston standard — pests breed year-round, so a barrier refreshed with the seasons beats a one-off every time
- No contract and no cancellation fee is the point — the 12-month agreements with exit fees signed at the door elsewhere are exactly what a per-visit plan avoids (terms still being finalized)
- If covered bugs come back between visits, the free re-service is a plan term — book it in a couple of taps, no arguing about whether the pest qualifies
- Regular quarterly visits are mostly exterior, so you don't have to be home; interior touch-ups get scheduled when someone is
- Heavy rain shortens barrier life — lots backing bayous or greenbelts sometimes do better on a bi-monthly cadence, and the pro will tell you honestly which your lot needs
- The Home Care plan bundles this visit so you don't have to remember to rebook it
- Still seeing a specific pest between visits? Mention it — recurring service and a flare-up are two different jobs
Price range explained
You're toward the low end for a smaller home on an established plan and toward the high end for a larger home or more area to treat each visit. The per-visit price is a published range confirmed on arrival, and any specialty pest is a separate, approved job.
