- Interior treatment: crack-and-crevice along baseboards and plumbing penetrations, plus gel baits and monitors in kitchens and baths where needed
- Exterior: webs and wasp nests swept off the eaves, a barrier around the foundation, granular bait in the yard, and the weep holes treated (standard on Houston brick homes)
- A walkthrough of what was done and what to expect next
- A written service report before the pro leaves: what was applied, where, and what happens next
- Plan on 45–90 minutes — this first visit is deliberately heavier than every visit after it

What to expect

Good to know
- Standard general-pest treatment is EPA-registered and applied to targeted cracks, crevices, and exterior zones — you don't need to leave the house; keep kids and pets off treated surfaces until dry, about 2–4 hours
- Seeing MORE roaches or ants for the first week or two is normal — it's the flush-out effect driving pests out of hiding, not a failed treatment
- A little prep helps: clear kitchen counters, pull furniture a few inches off walls where you've seen activity, put away pet food, and note where and when you've seen pests
- One visit knocks down general pests; German roaches, bed bugs, and fleas are multi-visit projects priced separately — the pro tells you that up front, not after
- Tell the pro at booking about pets, an aquarium, or a pregnancy so they can adjust what and where they apply
- Recurring quarterly service is what keeps them from coming back — ask about the Home Care plan for year-round coverage
- A 15-minute 'in and out' on a first visit is a red flag anywhere — the inspection alone takes longer done right
